BOULDER, Colo.–Elevations Credit Union has been ranked in Training magazine’s Training Top 125, which recognizes organizations with the most successful learning and development programs in the world.
The winners of the Training Top 125 organizations were recently celebrated at the Training 2020 Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL. Elevations Credit Union representatives in attendance included Laura Finney, VP-learning & development, and Scott Vecchiarelli, eLearning development manager.
“What an experience and accomplishment. We are honored to be recognized as a Training Top 125 organization and included on such a prestigious list,” said Finney. “We pride ourselves on having a fantastic training program, and our team is proud of our hard work.”
The Training Top 125 has been the premier learning industry awards program for 20 years and recognizes overall corporate training, rather than just single training programs. Sections of the application include: training program and scope, training budget, tuition reimbursement, training infrastructure and delivery, evaluation/metrics and human resources.
Elevations Credit Union also recently received an "Honorable" Cigna Well-Being Award — 1 of 13 presented nationwide — for contributing to employees’ well-being through the credit union’s benefits program.
