Elevations CU Breaks Ground on Branch

FORT COLLINS, Colo.— Elevations Credit Union has broken ground on a new branch here, and has also acquired property at 221 East Mountain Avenue in Old Town to build a multi-story development, which will include a branch and community room.

“These two new locations will enable us to better serve members in Larimer County and across Northern Colorado,” said new Northern Colorado Market President Bryan Watkins. “We continue to be humbled by our members’ loyalty, as this growth would not be possible without their support.”

Watkins—a director on the North Fort Collins Business Association and Foothills Rotary Club boards and Larimer County Small Business Development Center advisory board—recently joined Elevations from First National Bank, where he spent more than 15 years cultivating relationships with small businesses and other leaders throughout Northern Colorado.

“Elevations Credit Union has positively impacted our community’s growth in the last few years, and we value their commitment to Fort Collins families and small businesses,” said Fort Collins Councilmember and Elevations Board member Ray Martinez.

The Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce celebrated the South College Avenue groundbreaking with Watkins and other Elevations staff.

The 4,900-square-foot, one-story building will include a drive-through lane that will be accessed off College Avenue and Arthur Drive on the south end of the site.

“The vitality of the Fort Collins community is unparalleled and serves as an inspirational force for our team,” added Elevations President and CEO Gerry Agnes. “We feel honored to serve its families and businesses, and we consider ourselves privileged to grow alongside them.”
