TAMPA, Fla. –GTE Financial Credit Union has named Elaine Terry, an experienced human resources executive, as senior vice president of talent.

Terry brings more than 26 years of experience in the human resources field and working with leading cooperatives. She dedicated more than 35 years of her career to BECU and established the credit union’s first human resources department, implementing strategies that earned the organization awards for top quality work environment.
