EUCLID, Ohio–Eaton Family Credit Union announced more than $10,000 in college scholarships has been awarded to three of its youth members.
“Andrew, Malik and Hunter are very deserving young men” said CEO Mike Losneck of the 2017 scholarship recipients Andrew Benisek, Malik Evans and Hunter Williams. “Each has excelled in the classroom as well as their broader school communities. We’re proud of them and look forward to seeing where their futures take them.”
Andrew, a 2017 graduate from St. Ignatius High School, was awarded an EFCU Scholarship and one from the Northeast Credit Union Outreach Alliance. He will be attending The Ohio State University this Fall. Andrew was president of the Saint Ignatius Entrepreneurship Academy and an active member of its Entrepreneur Academy.
Malik calls Bedford Heights home and attends Cleveland State University. He was awarded a scholarship from the Northeast Credit Union Outreach Alliance. Malik is active in the Business Professionals of America and works several jobs while attending school. His end-goal is to complete a degree in Business and become a “successful entrepreneur.”
Hunter is a 2017 graduate of Lake Catholic High School and will be attending Ashland University this Fall to study Business and Accounting. He received an EFCU Scholarship. Hunter was a stand-out athlete who excelled in three varsity sports and served in leadership roles for student government and the school’s Spiritual Life Committee.
