DOVER, Del.–The Del-One Foundation is reporting it finished strong with the annual Give Back campaign by donating $2,000 to the Delaware Ovarian Cancer Foundation.
The organization’s mission is to “increase ovarian cancer awareness and education about ovarian cancer among women and healthcare professionals in Delaware and the surrounding vicinity, to support women affected by ovarian cancer, and to promote research in the fight against this deadly women’s disease.”
At right, Del-One Foundation Board members Leila Meekins (Vice-President), Heather Gunter (Director), Amy Resh (President) and Christy Reilly (Associate Director) presented the check to volunteers of the DOCF, including Vice President Sally Oberle, President and Founder Dorianne Short, and Treasurer Bill Short.
