NEW CASTLE, Del.–Members of ICI America Federal Credit Union have voted in favor of merging into Del-One FCU. ICI America FCU has $2.6 million in assets and approximately 500 members.
With the merger, Del-One FCU said it will now be able to serve the employees of AstraZeneca, FujiFilm, Croda, SPI Pharma, and Corn Products International.
Del-One Federal Credit Union has $440 million in assets, 10 full service branch locations and more than 57,000 members.
