Del Norte LOV Foundation Announces Recipients Of 2024 Fall Community Grant-Making Program

SANTE FE, N.M.--The Del Norte LOV (Living Our Vision) Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization associated with Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU), has announced the six nonprofit organization recipients of its 2024 Fall Community Grant-Making Program.

Each nonprofit organization grantee will receive $2,500 in charitable funds towards their programming for a total investment of $15,000 to the community.

The Del Norte LOV Foundation, with the help of their DNCU Employee Foundation Committee, reviewed applications submitted during the fall cycle’s request for proposal period. The Committee identified organizations that are committed to improving the lives of youth and families in New Mexico in the program impact areas of at-risk youth, community enrichment, education & STEM, and arts & culture. 

2024 Fall Cycle Community Grant-Making Program Recipients

At-Risk Youth Grant Awards

  • Communities In Schools of New Mexico to support their Communities In Schools of New Mexico Family Stability Program
  • The Sky Center/New Mexico Suicide Intervention Project to support their Natural Helpers: Peers-Helping-Peers Program

Community Enrichment Grant Awards

  • Ojo Sarco Community Center to support their Community Center and Rural Library Program
  • Free Flow NM, Inc. to support their Special Education and Reusable Period Product Program

Education & STEM Grant Award

  • Global Give A Book, Inc. to support their "Building Literacy and Community Through Culturally Diverse Books in Española" Program

Arts & Culture Award

  • Family Learning Center Inc. to support their Music and Art classes for students at Family Learning Center Program
