ESPANOLA, N.M.– As part of its annual recognition of outstanding organizations and businesses in northern New Mexico, Journal North has named Del Norte Credit Union is a first place winner in five categories related to financial products and services for their annual Reader’s Choice Awards.
The awards include:

- Best Bank
- Best Mortgage Lender
- Best Auto Loan
- Best Financial Planner
“This recognition is extra special for a year like no other, and I appreciate the many front-line staff that continued providing our members with outstanding service while keeping everyone safe during the pandemic,” said Chuck Valenti, DNCU’s president and CEO. “Our team at DNCU has overcome challenges and worked hard to balance the safety of members and employees alike.”
Results were based on votes in the publication’s “Readers’ Choice” awards that include a wide variety of voting categories such as dining, health and beauty, media, non-profits and services in the region.
