WILMINGTON, Del.–DEXSTA FCU held an evening basic budgeting seminar. The first in a series of seminars focused on financial education. The second seminar in the series will focus on the do’s and don’ts of good credit. Shanel Johnson, ATM and Visa Debit Coordinator, gave the seminar with help from Joe Walsh, VP of Lending. All of the attendees were very appreciative of the open dialog and useful content, and everyone left with a new budget plan to use at home, the credit union said.
“It’s a good feeling when your member leaves your office with a sense of accomplishment because you have helped them reach one of their financial goals,” said Branch Manager Erin Hogan.
