CINCINNATI--DEI, a leading design/build company working with banks and credit unions nationally, has hired two new team members: Jeffrey W. Eagle, executive vice president, construction, and Robert Elmore, environmental graphic designer.

The addition of Jeffrey and Robert is an important part of our team’s evolution,” said Richard Grow, president and CEO.
Eagle brings 34 year of professional experience, with deep expertise in design/build and construction. With a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering, he will be responsible for all construction projects and team members plus maintaining client relations. As an executive, he will bring construction means and methods and value engineering to the table to move DEI forward.
Elmore brings 13 years of experience in trade show exhibit design and seven years of experience in graphic design and print production. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in visual communications design from the University of Cincinnati and a certification in blueprinting from Ivy Tech. As a designer, he has mastered his craft. From environmental graphics, detailing, production and implementation to exhibit structural design and overall project supervision, he brings a wealth of design acumen to DEI.
