ALLEN, Texas--Credit Union of Texas has tapped Chris Del Guidice as vice president of Digital Strategy and Aaron Packard as Digital Marketing and Web Development director.
Del Guidice is directing the digital strategy across all divisions of the organization as well as developing forward looking strategies to leverage new and innovative digital initiatives to advance the credit unions’ market position. Packard is managing CUTX’s new website as well as its digital marketing campaigns.
In late 2018, CUTX embarked on a total digital transformation, including website redesign for a personalized and predictive experience across the entire member journey. With the digital transformation well underway, Del Guidice and Packard are now fully immersed in enhancing all member touchpoints via the digital channels to enable deeper relationships focusing on segmentation and personalization.
According to Del Guidice, CUTX CEO Eric Pointer has a vision of ramping up technology to make banking with the credit union simple while providing members with the technology experience they want. “This will be our main focus as we head into 2020. We already have several initiatives in the works to help us achieve this vision, but also recognize the importance of improving our personal touches to members who prefer traditional banking methods. We want to make banking simple for our members – no matter how they choose to use us.”
Del Guidice has more than 20 years of experience in fintech, digital transformation, operations and process improvement. He has held numerous executive positions in the financial services industry with companies including Upgrade, Liberty Lending, BorrowersFirst, GE Capital and Dell Financial Services to name a few.
Packard joins CUTX from Redshift Web, a Digital Marketing and Web Development Agency where he implemented multi- and omni-channel marketing solutions, built and collaborated on dozens of websites and managed digital advertising campaigns. He is a certified campaign manager for both the Google Marketing Platform and Microsoft Search Network.
