WICHITA, Kans.--Credit Union of America announced several promotions.
Tonya Loper was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations and will also serve as CUA’s Branch Manager for CUA’s flagship Delano office. Loper joined CUA in 2001 and has a total of 21 years of financial services experience in banking and credit unions. She has served CUA as a Lead Teller, Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager - most recently at the 3605 N. Rock Road branch. Loper, a graduate of East High School will assume her new duties on December 2, 2019.
Melissa Gattenby was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Support Services. Gattenby will direct all aspects of operations for the TAP teller center and the service inbound-calling center at CUA’s corporate headquarters. She has previously served as Branch Manager of the Delano office and most recently as the Operations Automations Manager.
Cody Blasi was promoted to Operations Automations Manager. He will lead and assist in CUA’s front-line technology area, including managing the service performance and growth of the tellers for CUA’s ITMs that are deployed across the state. Blasi has 13 years of financial services experience.
