GLENDALE, Ariz.–Credit Union West has introduced a new website experience that it said includes advanced tools, greater functionality, intuitive web architecture and meaningful content. Now, members and visitors have an online resource that’s easy to navigate while they conduct research, gain knowledge, monitor accounts and perform financial tasks, all of which make it easier for members to manage their personal finances, the credit union said.
“We’re excited to provide our members a more streamlined online experience,” said Karen Roch, pesident of Credit Union West. “The new website is the result of substantial thought and planning into how to make key information easier to access, tools that help strengthen financial knowledge and support smart decision-making.”
The most anticipated improvement on cuwest.org is the ability for prospective and current members to more easily and quickly open new accounts online. It now takes an average of just five minutes to open an account. This more efficient process reflects the credit union’s commitment to providing excellent member service.
“The home page has also been redesigned to efficiently serve up the financial information that individuals search for,” Roch said. “Whether you’re a member or not, we invite you to visit our website to learn something new that can enhance your life.”
Upgraded and useful online tools include dynamic calculators to assist members in estimating loan payments, dividends on certificates of deposit, develop a plan to pay off debt, and more. Members will also find better search functionality, more direct access to helpful information, and greater ease in finding answers to their questions, Credit Union West said.
