GLENDALE, Ariz.–Credit Union West has earned a “Top Companies to Work For” award for the sixth year in a row.
According to internal employee surveys, the family atmosphere and opportunities for career development are the primary reasons the nearly 200 credit union staff enjoy their jobs, the credit union said. Members report high levels of satisfaction as well. With over 64,000 members, the company boasts a 97.4% member satisfaction rating.
