Corporate Central Promotes Cate to Member Services Specialist

MILWAUKEE – Corporate Central has promoted Shannon Cate to Member Services Specialist.

In her new role, Cate will provide operational support to facilitate delivery of superior member service and proactive relationship development. She will serve as primary support for all currency services and account user authority updates. She will also assist with assigned product and service implementations.

Cate joined Corporate Central in September 2014 as a Member Services Representative. Prior to that, she held a Teller II position at a full-service credit union for five years.

“Shannon is a valued team member of our Member Services group,” said Karen Christie, Vice President Member Services. “She has demonstrated her passion and dedication to servicing our members and always has their best interests in mind. Shannon has experience in all facets of our member services area, and we look forward to watching her grow in her new position.”

Cate’s experience will allow her to provide vision and to be a resource for aligning processes and procedures with the organization’s mission, departmental standards, and industry best practices. She is also knowledgeable of relevant regulatory requirements.

“I am thrilled about my new role as a Member Services Specialist and I am looking forward to the opportunities that come with it,” Cate said. “The last five years have been incredible regarding my professional development, and I am truly grateful to the co-workers and members who have helped me reach this next step. I am eager and excited to see where the next five years take me with Corporate Central.”
