Corporate Central Analyst Passes Level I CFA Exam

MILWAUKEE—Corporate Central Credit Union said Investment Analyst Hunter Cliffgard has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program, marking the first step toward earning one of the investment management profession’s most widely recognized credentials.

The CFA Program covers investment analysis, portfolio management, capital markets, economics, quantitative methods, financial reporting and ethical decision-making. Candidates must pass three examinations, each requiring extensive preparation and an understanding of complex financial concepts.

“Passing Level I was a huge personal and professional achievement that required months of hard work and dedication,” Cliffgard said. “I am especially excited to utilize my knowledge gained from the program to benefit Corporate Central and to ultimately better serve our member credit unions.”

Nicholas A. Fanning, senior vice president and chief financial officer, said the achievement demonstrates Cliffgard’s work ethic, intellectual curiosity and dedication to his profession. Corporate Central said it supports continued employee development as a way to strengthen the expertise and service it provides to member credit unions.
