AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – – Cornerstone Community Financial has hired Jennifer Dickey as vice president of talent and culture.
In her new role, Dickey is responsible for leading all facets of CCF’s Human Resources functions for its 75 employees, including aligning the corporate culture and talent capabilities to support the credit union’s strategic priorities.
“Our people are our greatest resource, and we can’t offer the best in service to our members if we aren’t first focused on being the best we can be for our own employees,” said CCF President and CEO, Heidi Kassab. “With the addition of Jennifer’s knowledge, experience and leadership to our corporate culture, we can ensure that CCF is not only a credit union of choice for customers, but an employer of choice for the professionals that serve them.”
Dickey, who is PHR-certified and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), has worked in the financial services industry since 2004, most recently serving as director of compensation solutions for MCUL & Affiliates/CU Solutions Group in Livonia, Mich. Additionally, since 2017, Dickey has worked as a private Human Resources consultant. “I’m thrilled to be joining the CCF team and look forward to adding what I can to an already strong corporate culture,” said Dickey. “I’m here to help ensure the CCF team is poised to deliver on the credit union’s mission and business objectives as it continues to grow and evolve.”
