“We are extremely proud to once again accept the Crystal Performance Award that recognizes our financial strength on behalf of our team and more than 150,000-plus member-owners of Community First,” said President-CEO Cathie Tierney. “This award is confirmation of the work we do to maintain the organization’s health for the benefit of our members. It recognizes the good stewardship of the resources of the credit union our members own.”

“The Crystal Performance Awards are a measure of individual credit union success, but also give a holistic perspective of the entire industry,” added Bill Handel, general manager and chief economist of Raddon. “We see that even in the face of recovery from the pandemic and a whole new slate of challenges on the horizon, credit unions continue to adapt and embrace innovative ways of providing financial services. Their commitment to delivering outstanding performance on behalf of their members is impressive, and recognizing their success is a real positive for Raddon and our industry.”

According to Raddon, which has been providing financial institutions with research-based solutions since 1983, the award is the only nationwide benchmark of its kind and is based on performance metrics focused on service, member relationships, and more.
