Community Financial Credit Union Announces Staffing Moves

PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Community Financial Credit Union announced staffing moves.

Danielle Frawley, who has served as chief growth officer for the past two years, will shift into a newly created fractional leadership role that will allow her to pursue a second career while continuing to contribute to the credit union’s strategic growth. Ashlee Battocletti, a credit union industry veteran, will officially join Community Financial as Chief Growth Officer on June 9, 2025.

“This transition reflects who we are at Community Financial, an organization committed to courageously shaping the future of work, finding ways to support the journey of our team members, and relentlessly pursuing the impossible dreams of Michiganders,” said Tansley Stearns, president and CEO. “We celebrate Danielle’s evolution and are thrilled to welcome Ashlee, whose leadership and values align perfectly with our human-first approach to supporting people in both their personal dreams and professional goals.”

Frawley’s new role continues her impact within the organization while embracing a flexible, nontraditional pathway that exemplifies creative role creation. Her background spans executive leadership across marketing, lending, digital innovation and member engagement. She will initially focus on enhancing the frontline experience while supporting broader strategic initiatives.
“Serving as chief growth officer at Community Financial has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career,” said Frawley. “This organization truly supports people as whole individuals. I’m grateful to continue contributing in a way that aligns with both my growth and the credit union’s future.”
