FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.––To provide an enhanced experience for its members, Community Choice Credit Union re-located its Royal Oak Member Center.
The newly built location at 1740 Crooks Road in Royal Oak is the latest in a series of open layout member centers completed by the Credit Union in Livonia, Milford, Northville and Shelby Township.
This design eliminates traditional teller lines, embracing a conversational environment with a focus on relationship building, the credit union said. Members now have the option to complete their banking one-on-one with a Personal Advisor, or by using a self-serve kiosk.
“We are continually working to enhance our convenience and accessibility for our members. Our new Royal Oak member center markedly improves both,” said Dan Munro, chief operating officer at Community Choice Credit Union. “This design not only aligns with our personalized service model, it also fulfills our members’ requests for a convenient drive-thru ATM and improved parking in Royal Oak.”
Community Choice Credit Union broke ground on the Royal Oak location Sept. 21, 2016, transforming the corner of 12 Mile and Crooks Road. The property, formerly a gas station that had been vacant since January 2016, now has pedestrian-friendly sidewalks with a garden terrace and bench seats.
