VANCOUVER, Wash. – Columbia Credit Union welcomes three new members to its board of directors : Roy Johnson, Alishia Topper and Lynn Valenter.
Joining the Columbia CU board of directors for three-year terms are well-known and respected community leaders Max Ault, Julianna Marler and Joseph Vance, the CU said. Max Ault is Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Partnerships at Washington State University, Vancouver and will serve on the Credit Union’s board development committee. Julianna Marler is Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Vancouver and will serve on the Credit Union’s policy review committee. Joseph Vance is a Partner at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn and will serve on the financial performance committee. In addition to their committee assignments, Columbia Credit Union’s board members apply their diverse professional skills to assist the Credit Union’s management team with strategic planning, community involvement and oversight of the credit union’s overall performance.
