VANCOUVER, Wash. – Columbia Credit Union is proud to welcome Tiffany McGuire as vice president of Branch Services effective Feb. 25, 2016. In this position, McGuire will provide vision and leadership for the strategic development and management of the credit union’s branch system. She will be responsible for attaining maximum branch productivity, service benchmarks, sales goals and member and market growth. In addition, she will develop and manage retail sales promotions for all product lines.
McGuire has 27 years’ experience working at financial institutions including 25 years in leadership roles. She most recently worked with Umpqua Bank for 14 years, with nine years as vice president and area manager, and five years as associate vice present and item processing manager for the Technology Advancement Group.
“Tiffany brings a unique set of skills to this position,” said Bill Fulk, Columbia Credit Union executive vice president and chief operating officer. “We look forward to having her on our team and the wealth of experience she brings to Columbia Credit Union,”
McGuire has a master’s degree in management and organizational leadership from Warner Pacific College. She is a graduate of Furman University’s CBA Executive Banking School and holds a certificate in project management from Portland State University. She is an active volunteer and has worked with the Oregon Food Bank for the past four years.
