Columbia CU Earns Award for Workplace Excellence

VANCOUVER, Wash.–Columbia Credit Union’s 2017 Employee Opinion Survey earned high marks and a 2017 Award for Workplace Excellence from Peter Barron Stark Companies. This honor is awarded to exceptional organizations committed to a culture of workplace excellence and is limited to those that achieve an overall favorable response exceeding 80% on their Employee Opinion Survey.

Columbia Credit Union’s 2017 Employee Opinion Survey was administered by Peter Barron Stark Companies in May 2017. It was sent to all employees and included 74 questions divided into 16 categories. Participation was high and 237 out of 271 of employees completed the survey. Overall, Columbia Credit Union earned a high score of 90.8% out of 100%.

In addition to earning a 2017 Award for Workplace Excellence, Columbia Credit Union is recognized among the very top of the top-rated businesses nationally. Their overall survey score of 90.8% exceeds the 82.7% “Best of the Best” average of all businesses that took the Peter Barron Stark Employee Opinion Survey.
