CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa –Collins Community Credit Union is helping to finance an 85-room Marriott TownePlace Suites hotel in Dubuque, Iowa’s Millwork District.
“We are so excited to be involved in something like this. I am from Dubuque originally, so I especially love it,” said Scott Frost, chief lending officer at Collins Community Credit Union. “The Millwork District has been going gangbusters, and Kinseth Hospitality is a great management group for hotels. I think the Marriott will be great for the area and we are happy to be involved in this project.”
The hotel will offer one and two-bedroom studio suites with full kitchens, free Wi-Fi, and office areas. It’s expected to open in the spring of 2018.
