LAS VEGAS– Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) has promoted Kayla Pederson to Vice President of Consumer Lending.
Pederson will ensure consumer lending operations are compliant in all applicable policies, regulations and laws. Additionally, she will lead, develop and maintain relationships with credit union business partners, establish a strategic vision and annual budget for the department and oversee consumer lending audits.

Pederson brings more than a decade of banking experience in the financial industry and most recently held the positions of Loan Operations Manager and Senior Underwriter with the credit union. Prior to CCCU, she held leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Royal Credit Union and Citizens Community Federal Credit. Pederson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
