VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.–Chartway Federal Credit Union’s charitable arm, the We Promise Foundation, whose mission is to put smiles on children’s face by making their dreams come true, has announced its 2016 – 2017 board of directors. The members are:

- Theresa Delp, secretary / treasurer
- Wayne Foshay, director
- Rene Bollinger, director
- Jen Saunders, director
- Judy Sparrow, director
Since 1999, Chartway and its We Promise Foundation have raised more than $8,000,000 to make dreams come true for children battling life-threatening, debilitating, or chronic illnesses.
This election follows a successful fundraising year for the credit union’s charitable arm. Last year, the We Promise Foundation raised more than $945,000 thanks to the generous support of its employees, sponsors, and supporters.
