VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--Chartway Federal Credit Union announced the following individuals were elected to its board of directors:
Melinda M. Barbish, Capt. Wayne E. Foshay Sr., USN (Ret.); Capt. George E. Sauer, III, USN (Ret.).
