VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--Chartway CU has name Steven Lee chief lending officer.
He will oversee consumer, real estate and business lending, as well as the payments group.
Lee is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of experience leading transformative initiatives and fostering innovation within global enterprises. With a proven track record of driving growth and economic stability, Steven has held key leadership roles at top institutions such as Bellco Credit Union, First Tech Federal Credit Union, and Citibank. His expertise in guiding diverse teams, optimizing operations, and delivering strategic outcomes has positively impacted the community and consistently resulted in long-term success and organizational excellence.
