SAGINAW, Mich. - In observation of Money Smart Week, Catholic Federal Credit Union partnered with area libraries to bring fun activities and financial education to the children’s programs.
During the programs children listened to stories and participated in "money smart" activities. Catholic Federal organized events including Piggy Bank Decorating, Dollar Bill Origami, and Candy Shop Coin Matching. Thanks to the Michigan Credit Union League and Affiliates, each child in attendance was able to take home a free copy of the children’s book Bunny Money by award winning author Rosemary Wells.
