MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.–Carolina Trust FCU has won a Bronze Level Stevie Award in the Branded Entertainment- Consumer category in The 17th Annual American Business Awards for its 30-second commercial series “Trustworthy Faces.” The spots were produced by Zero Gravity.
“Trustworthy Faces” was filmed locally in the credit union’s field of membership, and featured members of the community and local businesses, including Coastal Carolina University, Ralph Wilson Law, Nail Couture & Pedispa, The SCOTT’s BAR-B-QUE, Beach House Boat Rentals, Island Vista and Chandee Shrimp Company, civic leader Fred Nesta and Michael King.
Budget Under $40K
“The budget of this project was under $40,000, so we are incredibly honored to even be considered for this competition amongst the best of the best in business overall,” said Jessica Wilson, SVP/chief development officer with Carolina Coastal.” The credit union movement is alive and well. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 11.
More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.
More Than 200 Judges
More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
