SAN DIEGO—Cal Coast Credit Union Chief Information Officer Vasu Sambasivam has been recognized as a 2026 Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Leader of Influence by the San Diego Business Journal, which cited his professional achievements and contributions to the community.
Sambasivam, who brings more than 25 years of banking and credit union experience to the role, has led Cal Coast’s core banking modernization efforts and digital transformation initiatives, including AI-powered innovations focused on security, member experience and community impact.
