CUTX Opens 2 New Branches

ALLEN, Texas—Credit Union of Texas has opened new branches in North Texas in Allen and Frisco, respectively.

“We want to continue to serve this fast-growing region and provide our clients with personal attention, especially during these uncertain times,” said Eric Pointer, CEO of CUTX. “These additional branches will provide existing and new North Texas customers further access to the solution-driven financial services CUTX has to offer. We look forward to welcoming the communities of Allen and Frisco to our new branches.”

Eight CUTX team members will staff each location, and customers will also be welcomed in by local special needs greeters beginning in January as part of CUTX’s greeter initiative. Focused on providing local, special needs high school graduates with new skills and professional training, the program is slated to expand into all CUTX locations, the credit union said.

The Allen location also includes a full-service coffee shop, Clancy’s Coffee & Tea, with free beverages available to all CUTX members.
