MADISON, Wis.–The Wisconsin State Journal has awarded CUNA a Top Workplaces 2020 honor. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
More than 750 local companies participated in the anonymous survey, which uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“It’s an honor to be recognized by the Wisconsin State Journal as a Top Workplace for 2020, as we work every day to be more authentic, accountable, collaborative and passionate, values we believe create a culture that lets us do our best for our members every day. This recognition creates a benchmark for our standards that we’ll measure ourselves by going forward,” said CUNA President Jim Nussle.
