MADISON, Wis.—CUES is pleased to announce Trish Barrette has joined the team as director of member relations in the Midwest region, and Brian Cacic has been promoted from within to become member relations and council manager.

Barrette may be familiar to many CUES’ members; she previously served as a member services representative from 1999-2004, and as subscription services coordinator from 2004-2011.

She has also worked as sales and business development specialist for CUNA's CPD online training program, and as account manager at BVS. Barrette is based in Iowa, where she will act as a liaison between CUES and credit unions in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
Cacic joined CUES in 2014, and served as member engagement specialist until his new appointment. He is based in the Madison, Wis. CUES home office, where he handles many duties for the member relations team, including serving as liaison between CUES and the 24 CUES Councils. CUES Councils are regional, CUES member-only learning groups run by volunteer CUES members. All offer networking and career-enhancing resources.
