CUAD Honors Volunteers of the Year

FARGO, N.D.–The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas has named its Volunteers of the Year for both North and South Dakota.

Charles Burman, board member of United Savings Credit Union in Fargo, N.D. was recently named the North Dakota Volunteer of the Year. 

Each year, CUAD recognizes a volunteer from North and South Dakota that has selflessly contributed time, effort, and talent to the development of the credit union movement in their state. Volunteers are an integral part of the credit union movement and their contributions deserve recognition. Illuminating the most important part of the credit union structure, they serve both their communities and the industry, giving generously of their time and leadership to help bring financial services to the people who need it most.

Meanwhile, Rich Hurney, board member of Voyage Federal Credit Union in Sioux Falls, SD was recently named the South Dakota Volunteer of the Year by the Credit Union Association of the Dakotas.
