GRANDVILLE, Mich. – A balloon that was part of an event sponsored by First United Credit Union here travelled more than 1,000 miles before landing in Foxcroft, Maine.
First United believes the balloon was part of a community event it sponsored, before it escaped into the atmosphere. It was found in mid-September by the Robinsons of Foxcroft on their front lawn. While smaller, it still showed the credit union’s logo.
