CU Foundation of the Dakotas Raises $8,800 for Local Charities

JAMESTOWN, N.D.–The Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas (CUFD) recently held its First Annual Golf Fundraiser here, raising $8,800 for local charities, scholarships, financial literacy programs and community grants.

“We’re so thankful for the support our credit unions and business sponsors gave us in this First Annual Tournament,” says Mike Reisnour, CEO of Dakota Plains FCU and Chair of the CUFD. “We had a great day for the outing and are excited to use the money we raised to give back to our communities. We look forward to many more successful golf tournaments, to come.”

At right, the winning team included (back row) Steve Owens and Greg Rueter with Allied Solutions, and David Nicoll with Route 66 Extended Warranty and Clayton Lilleby with First Community Credit Union (front row).
