BISMARCK, ND - The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) has named Katie Dressler as VP of Communications and Awareness.
In her new role at the Association, Katie’s primary responsibilities will be to develop and generate positive credit union awareness; oversee CUAD and Mid-America Service Corporation (MASC) internal and external creative services; manage CUAD social media and web based outlets and services; and assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing strategies for interests owned or promoted by CUAD and MASC. She will also assist with developing and implementing CUAD strategic business plans and marketing objectives; serve as staff liaison and support for the Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas; and assist with CUAD Member Chapter program coordination and education support.
Katie has a vast amount of work experience, including nearly three years at First Community Credit Union in Jamestown, ND where she worked as a Marketing Specialist. She also has experience as a Communications Coordinator and in Public Relations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University in Public Relations and Advertising with Minors in Agriculture Communication and Journalism.
