COLUMBUS, Ohio–CME Federal Credit Union was recently named as one of the 2017 Best Employers in Ohio and also awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Columbus C.E.O. Magazine.
The 2017 Best Employers in Ohio program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Ohio, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. CME is proud to be recognized as the second best employer of 34 companies in Ohio. CME was determined a winner through a two-part survey process. The first part, worth 25%, consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part, worth 75% was an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. CME is very proud to be named the 31st top small business in Central Ohio.
