WASHINGTON, Penn.-- CHROME Federal Credit Union has promoted Tracy Barnabi to Senior Vice President, Chief Talent Officer.
Barnabi is responsible for talent management, performance management, employee engagement, benefits and compensation, and succession planning.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as well as an active member of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Human Resources and Organizational Development Council where she sits on the Member Resources Committee. She is also a Board Member non-profit organization Christopher’s Kitchen.
