BUTTE, Mont.–Butte Community FCU has been approved to expand its field of membership to include a rural area including anyone who lives, works, worships, studies, and businesses in Silver Bow, Beaverhead, Madison, Deer Lodge, Powell, or Jefferson counties, Montana. The district increases the credit union’s potential field of membership by 81,361 potential members, more than tripling its current potential membership, it said.
“We look forward to serving the people in these counties. Many of them live in areas with few options when it comes to financial service providers,” said Karen Mandic, president of Butte Community FCU. “We hope they’re excited about the advantages of being able to join our credit union.”
The credit union used CUCollaborate to expand its FOM.
