CENTENNIAL, Colo.--Roy Bierschenk has joined Security Service Federal Credit Union as a senior commercial loan officer handling commercial real estate lending for Colorado out of the credit union’s branch in Centennial.
Prior to joining Security Service, Bierschenk was a commercial real estate broker for Terrix Financial in Colorado Springs. With more than 25 years in commercial real estate lending, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and was previously licensed as a broker and real estate appraiser in Missouri and Illinois.
