BRIDGEWATER, N.J.--Beth Molinaro has been named Vice President People & Talent at Financial Resources FCU.
Molinaro will be focusing the department’s efforts to drive cultural initiatives, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development along with employee engagement and retention as FRFCU continues to build a best in class organization. She joined the Credit Union in 2018 as the Corporate Trainer. Since joining the team she has played an integral role in preparing team members to develop the skills necessary to perform in their roles and also to feel welcome as she led FRFCU’s Peer Advisor program and the New Hire Onboarding process for all new team members. Beth has served on various committees and currently serves as a Director on the Board for Financial Resources FCU Foundation.
