WOODBRIDGE, Va. Belvoir Federal Credit Union has opened a new branch on the Fort Belvoir Army Installation in Fort Belvoir, Va..
The new branch has state-of-the-art teller stations where members can independently conduct transactions, including deposits, withdraws, loan payments, transfers, gift card purchases, cash advances, cashier checks, and movie ticket purchases, while speaking with a teller via a video screen, the credit union said.
In addition to these technological advances, the branch has an open concept with progressive offices, a refreshment café near the waiting area, and a welcoming greeter station with a kiosk.
The innovative branch also has dialogue towers that allows staff to process transactions, replace a debit card, and update member information. These advancements enable Belvoir Federal employees to focus on service excellence and promote greater communication between members and Member Service Representatives.
