HARRISBURG, Penn.–With this city’s mayor, Eric Papenfuse, saying he was hoping to mitigate the effect of a stay-at-home order due to coronavirus, local parks have been kept open.
To make the parks more hygienic, Belco Community Credit Union has donated funds to pay for portable sinks at the parks. The sinks are being placed in Riverfront and Reservoir parks so that people can wash their hands.
Papenfuse thanked Belco Community Credit Union for helping fund the sinks during the pandemic.
