ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.—Ann Baur has joined Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union (SLFCU) as Vice President of Retail Transformation.
In her new position, Baur is responsible for partnering with SLFCU branch operations, contact center, technology groups, and organizational development to assess gaps between current performance and future needs to help the credit union meet its goals. She will also collaborate with stakeholders to create roadmaps and business plans to facilitate future initiatives.
“Ann has an amazing depth of experience in a wide range of financial services and is expert at relationship management, team building and in planning for and visualizing the future. We are very excited to have her as a member of our team,” said Rick Anderson, SLFCU Executive Vice President.Baur relocated from Seattle, Wash., to Albuquerque to accept the position, explaining “my new role is challenging because it touches on many aspects of the credit union, focusing on how we can create exceptional experiences for both our team and members. I’m looking forward to listening and learning more about the communities we serve.”
