COLUMBUS, Ind. -- Bar-Cons FCU has awarded the 2020 Judy M. James Scholarship Award to Sara Law. This annual award honors the credit union’s former president, and it is given each year to a graduating high school student within the field of membership.
Law is a graduate of Columbus East High School and plans to attend Indiana University Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC) and pursue a degree in nursing. She would like to become an RN and then eventually a nurse practitioner.
“We are pleased to be able to honor Judy by presenting this scholarship in her name each year,” said President/CEO Jaime Stainbrook. “Sara is an excellent example of a member whose qualities and career goals Judy admired. We wish her every success.”
