COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.–Aventa Credit Union recently named Sacha Forero as its Mortgage Manager. Forero has twenty years of lending experience that she brings to Aventa.
As Mortgage Manager, Forero is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Aventa’s Mortgage Department, ensuring proper process and procedure is followed in order to stay compliant with State and Federal laws, supervising the credit union’s mortgage loan officers, and approving and underwriting all mortgage loans.
Prior to coming to Aventa, Forero was the Senior Residential Lending Underwriter at Winchester Savings Bank in Massachusetts. Forero has prior lending experience as Residential/Consumer Senior Underwriter at Belmont Savings Bank, as Loan Processor at Central Bank and as Commercial Documentation Administrator at Bank of America.
