AUSTIN, Texas--Austin Telco Federal Credit Union has promoted Tammy L. Carter to Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Tammy joined Austin Telco in September 2022 as the Vice President of Human Resources.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and the credit union industry, she demonstrates outstanding leadership and a commitment to fostering a positive culture throughout the company.
In a short timeframe, Tammy has spearheaded a series of transformative initiatives. She has successfully implemented a new HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software system, launched innovative health and benefits offerings, and introduced an education assistance reimbursement program. Additionally, she has enhanced employee learning and development programs and established the company's core values, among other significant achievements.
