BUCKS COUNTY, Penn.--Inspire Federal Credit Union has completed an extensive remodeling of its long-time branch at 2104 Bath Road in Bristol, Penn The CU said the new branch allows members to experience an immersive, state-of-the-art and easy-to-navigate facility unlike any other.
Formerly known as Bucks First Federal Credit Union, this branch went through a brand renovation and name change in the spring of 2014, a brand renovation that introduced Bucks County to Inspire Federal Credit Union.
“ This latest renovation allows for the Credit Union to fully embrace their newly concentrated effort to build deeper relationships with their Members – an effort they call ―Inspirelationship,” the credit union said.
The new branch boasts two brand-new 60-inch, high-definition television screens; brand-new ―teller- pods‖ that allow for tellers to connect more easily with the Members; a Technology Center that allows for Inspire FCU’s financial experts to sit down with Members and show them the Credit Union’s technology products and services, such as mobile and online banking; and a completely renovated coffee station, complete with a special area for mobile phone users to recharge their battery while they have their coffee.
“We wanted to design the branch to meet the vision of how we want to serve our Members going into the future,” said Inspire FCU’s CEO Jim Merrill. “We put a lot of thought about what we wanted that experience to be. We really wanted to create an environment for our Members that is comfortable, and allows us to give them the level of personal attention they need to meet their banking needs.”
